The doorway to teaching at Lotusland and taking the next step on your teaching journey -- Lotusland Yoga SF offers a 1 Month (4 Week) Program for graduates of 200 & 300 Hour Yoga Schools from Lotusland or any other School.
Enroll in the Lotus Apprenticeship Program
As a graduate, you are offered an intensive learning opportunity with a Lotusland senior teacher. This is a space for you to immerse yourself in the Lotusland teaching style, under the guidance of an experienced Lotusland senior teacher. You will be supported in dharma talks, class planning, sequencing, hands-on assisting, alignment cues and any other way you desire support on your path.
❣️Graduates are invited to submit an application to be considered for acceptance.
- Open to graduates of 200 & 300hr Yoga Schools of any Yoga Teacher Trainings.
- You will meet with your mentor and discuss your desires and co-create a program based on your goals.
- Arrive 15 minutes before class starts to help set up the room & greet students.
- The Apprentice will be briefed on the class intention by their mentor and provide any information relevant to the Apprentice's role as a class assistant:
- After class the Apprentice & Mentor will debrief the class. This session is to be a 30-minute check-in.
- After the 4 consecutive weeks, you will discuss extra weeks with your mentor if needed.
- Each Apprentice is required to attend a weekly class with your mentor.
- If you both feel you are ready, you will start teaching regular community classes without a mentor and subbing regular classes on the schedule before being offered your own class!
