Community Classes: Donation-Based Yoga in San Francisco

Yoga should be accessible to everybody. Our Community Classes are an offering to the community: you choose what to pay on a sliding scale from $5 to $25 (Morning Meditation starts at just $1), with no membership needed. Members can also use their memberships. Classes are held in our studio at 1360 Valencia Street in San Francisco's Mission District, and every level is welcome.

Love Saves the Day: yoga that gives back

Every Saturday at 11am, Jasmine Tarkeshi teaches her celebrated Love Saves the Day benefit class. This 90-minute class bridges our signature Lotus Flow with yoga's timeless philosophy of Karma Yoga, using our practice to be of benefit to our world. Each month we partner with and serve a different non-profit working for social or environmental justice. Drop-in is $29, or use your membership.

What to expect

  • All props are provided. Mats are available to rent for $3.
  • Complimentary tea, cookies and filtered water after class.
  • Getting here: take BART to 24th Street, the 48 bus to Valencia/24th, or the 14 Mission or 49 Van Ness to Mission/24th. Parking is very limited, especially on Sundays, and we have bike racks outside.

Want to practice more often?

New students can try unlimited classes for $49 for the first month, then $149 after. See all of our options on the Prices & Policies page, or read our New to Yoga guide if this is your first time.
