Our signature class is based on the art of Vinyasa Krama and beautifully blends mindful & creative sequencing with the rhythm of the breath and includes alignment awareness, music, mantra, meditation and mudra. Moving from our roots to crown, class progresses through warm ups, Surya Namaskar and standing poses that build towards arm balances and inversions and move into backbends and forward bends, culminating in peaceful meditation and sacred rest. Each class is set to soulful music and guided by Yoga’s rich traditions and philosophy.
***We encourage new students to start with Basic Hatha Flow or Yoga for all Bodies, next try Lotus Flow (all levels) and for those looking to increase the intensity of their practice with more advanced asana variations, level 2/3

This core-centered class combines the ancient wisdom of Yoga with classical Pilates. Build internal heat that connects and strengthens the deep core through pranayama, Yoga asana, and classical Pilates mat and standing exercises.
Tues 7pm / Sat 9am
This open level vinyasa class taught in the Jivamukti style will open with Sanskrit chanting, move through challenging physical sequences inspired by a rhythmic playlist, and finish with meditation and deep relaxation.
Mon 4pm
In this class you will build strength and flexibility, by utilizing the Principles of Alignment, coupled with a gentle flow - bring your sense of humor, playfulness and curiosity. This is a heart centered class, conjoining mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Wed / Fri 10:15am
Alignment Flow weaves together the alignment-focused yoga practice with a more vinyasa, or flow style of practice. It is inspired by the lineages of Iyengar Vinyasa and Jivamukti Vinyasa Yoga. The class begins with a warm up that includes Suyra Namaskar (Sun Salutations) and flowing vinyasa sequences that focus on combining breath and movement, then spend some time learning more about the alignment of poses and workshopping them in different ways.

Enjoy the fundamentals of yoga, moving at a slower pace. This Hatha/Vinyasa hybrid class pays extra attention to alignment through longer held postures, conscious breathing, prop use and personal attention. Perfect for our newest yogis or anyone desiring a slower-paced class to build strength, develop balance, increase flexibility and calm the mind.

This hybrid class begins with a gracefully balanced gentle vinyasa practice to warm up the body and ends with longer held supported healing restorative postures to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind. All levels

Welcome to the quieter side of Lotus Flow! Lotus Yin combines gentle flowing movement with the deep and divine inner practice of yin yoga. Balance the energetic system, increase flexibility and look deep within.
Mon 8:30pm
Restore and rest your body, mind, and spirit through this gentle, supported practice through postures that are held for longer periods of time, using props (blankets, blocks, and straps) for support and deep rest.

A gentle vinyasa flow infused with mindful movement, pranayama and mantra chanting. Bhakti is the yoga of devotion and a practice that aims at deepening your relationship with the Divine. Expect extra opportunites for chanting to begin and end class.

This Class is a Body Positive offering created for you to enjoy your practice no matter your size, shape, abilities, age, or experience with yoga.
Variations and options for traditional yoga poses will be offered using props: bolsters, blocks, chairs, strap, and blankets!

Taught by volunteer teachers this class is donation based (recommended donation of $5 - 10) and proceeds go to our Loves Saves the Day program, which sponsors a different charity or non-profit each month. Suitable for all levels.
