For anyone with a 200 hour yoga teaching certificate looking to complete their 300 hours - join us for our transformative training, only at Lotusland!

Our 300 Hour weekend Advanced Teacher Training will focus on cultivating trust in your voice as a teacher, teaching weekly classes at the center and step out of your comfort zone, exploring teaching and practicing new and advanced poses, sequencing, Anatomy and Alignment, hands-on assists, sanskrit/mantras/chanting and Yoga philosophy including the review of Bhagavad Gita and The Yoga Sutras including the 3rd and 4th chapters, The Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Upanishads - Tantra, Karma, Jnana and Bhakti Yoga - Level 2 Ayurveda and Trauma Informed Teaching and so much more. You will be guided in teaching workshops
on specialty subjects, leading retreats along, being able to teach teachers in training and creating recorded content and marketing.

Jasmine Tarkeshi, Chanda Williams, Kate Duyn, Zoe Soter, Ati Morshedi, Max Kopeikin, Tony Asaro, Astrud Castillo and Amanda Moran along with guest teachers will bring the wisdom from their years of personal practice, study and teaching to facilitate a space for inquiry, inspiration and initiation into becoming a more confident and compassionate teacher as you deepen your devotion to your personal Sadhana.

We've combined our infamous 50-hour trainings into a 300 hour weekend format including an apprenticeship program teaching during the week with 1:1 mentorship.

Learn to create a safe and sacred environment to connect more deeply with your students and assist in deepening their practice and understanding of yoga.
