Nazneen Khan

Nazneen first discovered yoga as a teenager, drawn to its ability to quiet the noise and create space for freedom within. What began as an on-and-off practice soon became a source of grounding and self-understanding.

After completing an intensive 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa training in Peru and a Yin Yoga training with Lotusland, Nazneen now offers a practice rooted in awareness, compassion, and presence. She sees yoga as a sacred space, where the ego can come to rest, free from judgment, and invites practitioners to move with both softness and strength, one breath at a time.
