Nina fell in love with yoga in 2018 through the strongly felt sense of restoration. In times of high stresses in life, she turned to yoga to metabolize the strain stored in her body and mind. Now a 200-hour certified teacher (2026) teaching both public and private classes, she helps people live more freely, joyfully, and at ease in the world through deeper self-attunement.
Her Lotus Flow–inspired practices are grounded in somatic awareness and self-compassion. Shaped by her life as an expat from Taiwan, she honors that everyone arrives with different needs and stories. Through gentle, inclusive language and breath-led movement, she invites curiosity over striving and helps students feel the connection between mind, body, and emotions. Students leave rejuvenated and more in tune with themselves.
Nina studied advertising, then earned a master’s in data science and spent 15+ years leading teams in tech. She is also a certified life and career coach. Off the mat, she enjoys connecting with people over food and deep conversations, tending to her earthworms and plants in the garden, and appreciating the magic of the universe while traveling near and far.
