Join Robin for this hybrid, healing asana practice designed to balance out your Yin and Yang energies. Start with Vinyasa, a heating yang practice that flows freely and releases tension through breath-synchronized movement. Then soften and replenish with Yin Yoga, where postures are held for longer periods in a meditative state to calm the nervous system and hydrate connective tissues. Together, these two practices will leave you feeling refreshed, and restored!

Robin loves that the yoga practice is a form of personal expression fusing movement with breath, mantra with devotion, and philosophy with spirituality. Formerly a professional Broadway performer {Wicked, Mamma Mia, Sweet Charity, Cats}, she danced her way to the mat while living and working in NYC and found that yoga kept her body, mind and spirit healthy amidst the challenges of a demanding lifestyle. But it was when she discovered the creative style, infectious energy, and welcoming community at Laughing Lotus that the love affair for the practice truly began, and she is beyond grateful to be a part of its ever-growing family.
Now devoted to a life of health and wellness on the west coast, Robin mixes her passion for creative movement, mudras, and chanting with her vast knowledge of alignment into all her teachings. She believes that human potential is infinite and that the path to joy starts with mindfulness and self-transformation. Known for her inspiring sequences, sense of humor, and juicy hands-on assists, and drawing from over 20 years of experience teaching professional dancers as well as yogis, Robin strives to guide students through a rich, heartfelt experience that reflects their own inner radiance and maximizes their potential. She is also a practicing Holistic Nutritionist and will complete her Masters Degree in 2017.
