Tori is an interdisciplinary artist, wellness practitioner and contemplative researcher integrating Eastern spiritual traditions, depth psychology, and the arts into transformative healing and learning environments.
Tori is is committed to bridging ancient wisdom with contemporary consciousness work through her expertise in yoga psychology, non-dual traditions, eco-spirituality and integrative pedagogy guiding inner transformation through embodied practice, sound, visual art and ritual. Through movement, breath, and the resonance of the human voice, she guides journeys of self-inquiry and spiritual awakening. Her yoga offerings are not only a meeting of body and mind, but a return to the soul’s original wholeness—a reconnection with the collective heart.
Her offering at Lotusland, Yoga Nidra, Breath & Sound, weave together movement, conscious breathing, and the resonance of the human voice. Through sound healing, vocal expression, and gentle embodied practice, she invites each participant to explore the body as a sacred vessel and the voice as a luminous instrument—awakening the highest expression of their being and reconnecting with the collective heart.
She is currently a PhD student at California Institute of Integral Studies, exploring the intersections of consciousness, spirituality, and the embodied arts from, Tantric, Yogic, Shatka-Advaita and depth psychology perspectives.
