Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and transformation. It’s a complete practice that weaves together movement, breath, mantra, meditation and deep relaxation.
Each class is designed to balance the chakras, shift energy and guide you toward inner stillness. Classical Kundalini focuses on grounding the mind and body before inviting energy to move through the chakras.
We honor three essentials for safe energetic movement:
• Grounding/Stabilizing — through asana, rhythm and presence
• Purification/Meditation — through breath, mantra and kriya
• Grace/Guidance — through deep listening, devotion and support from the Sangha
At its core, this practice is an act of devotion, a way of honoring the universal energy that flows through each of us. All are welcome, and no experience is needed. Bring only curiosity and an open heart.
All are welcome, as modifications are offered. No experience is necessary.
Friday, August 21st | 5:30 - 7pm
A guided Jivamukti vinyasa yoga class that seamlessly transitions into a live-music meditative and healing sound bath.
Expect a well-rounded flowing practice designed to make you move and sweat as well as encourage curiosity and spiritual activation that flows gently into a long-form sound bath using sound healing instruments including antique singing bowls from the Himalayas imbued with healing mantras. The frequency of the bowls create vibrational sound harmonics that impact the sympathetic nervous system by engaging the relaxation reflex, (and disrupting the pain reflex) creating an overall deep sense of well being, meditation and relaxation.
Friday, August 28th | 5:30pm - 6:45pm
Our vinyasa practice gives us the freedom to try new things and tap into playfulness while still keeping the integrity of our asana and the tenants of yoga. In this class you can expect a dynamic and joyful Vinyasa Yoga practice to a playlist full of your favorite Reggaeton songs with dance breaks between vinyasa flows. Shake out tension from the body, sweat, smile, and step into a movement practice of pure joy and freedom! Both Yoga and dance are cathartic, creative, and celebratory movements, and movement is the medicine we all need to tap into our reservoirs of joy and strength.
Bringing together the best of a relaxing yoga class and dancing at the club with your friends, let’s gather together in community and enjoy the an evening of authentic expression and celebration. Expect uplifting language, big smiles, and dance breaks between vinyasa flows!

Jasmine will guide a healing and creative journey of living, practicing, and teaching through the lens of Tantra Yoga in this 5-day 25-hour Teacher Training at Soul Tribe in Batemans Bay, Australia.
You’ll learn the beautiful and often misunderstood teachings of Tantra Yoga — wisdom that invites us to live, practice, and teach in deep intimacy with nature and our own true nature.
In Sanskrit, Tantra means “weaving” or “interconnection,” from the root tan, meaning “to extend” or “expand.” One of yoga’s most ancient paths, Tantra is a system of ritual, practice, art, and healing that awakens śakti (dormant creative energy). These timeless teachings remind us how to heal our relationship with our bodies, senses, each other, and the world.
At its heart, Tantra asks us to see the sacred in the everyday — to transcend dualities such as body and spirit, dark and light, mundane and holy — and to embrace the fullness of life as a path toward freedom, creativity, and well-being.
This immersion is perfect for yoga teachers seeking fresh inspiration, and for dedicated practitioners wanting to dive deeper into the joy, wisdom, and freedom of Tantra Yoga.
Come away with a renewed connection to your practice, your teaching, and your life — inspired, empowered, and grounded in the sacredness of everyday living.
