Jennifer guides vinyasa classes connecting movement and breath while honoring every body and allowing students to choose their own adventure.

She focuses on alignment in the pose and building strength to gain flexibility and mobility. Her energetic and upbeat style creates a fun, relaxed class to explore yoga and all that it offers!

Jennifer has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and is a certified yoga teacher in hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga. She started her yoga journey as a way to work out but quickly realized there was more to yoga than just working out. As she started to advance in the poses, she began to learn more about the other limbs of yoga and has been hooked ever since!
