Ready to deepen and share your love for yoga? Our celebrated 200-Hour Teacher Training is an incredibly rich and intensive program that fully brings to life the depth and joy of yoga as a creative and transformative process and as a divine path to awakening and liberation. Through intense daily practice, mentorship, self inquiry, group participation/discussion and community service, you will uncover your unique voice and be empowered to teach, practice and live your Dharma (calling) in an authentic way.
Director Jasmine Tarkeshi along with Lotus's Creative Teaching Team will be your guides for the amazing journey that is Laughing Lotus Yoga School in our 3 week intensive format! Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation, Philosophy and teaching skills are taught by our Senior Teachers, infused with creativity and the unique approach to sharing the yoga practice that is the Center's signature Lotus Flow teaching style. Our philosophy focuses on Ayurveda, Yoga’s Sister science of healing, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the "road map" to liberation and the Bhagavad Gita, the path of self transcendent action and devotion through which we experience the meaning of yoga and how this rich philosophy relates to and transforms our daily lives and how we can live our lives as service to others.

Jasmine Tarkeshi is the Co-Founder of Laughing Lotus Yoga Centers in NYC and SF and co-creator of Lotus Flow™ Vinyasa Yoga and Teacher Training. She has been a devoted student of the ancient transformative practices of Yoga for 30 years and is a master teacher, teaching for over 20 years.
