Mary Mailhot

Yoga to Mary is Magic. It’s Trust. Yoga has taught Mary when you connect yourself to your heart, align with your truth, you will always be lead to your destiny.

Mary is a passionate Yogi, Reiki Master Teacher, Musician and Dancer. It was back in 2006, when Mary’s oldest sister Claire took her to her first yoga class at the Laughing Lotus in New York. Since then she’s expanded onto the cosmic healing path of Yoga, Music and Reiki.

In 2009, a year after college, she traveled to Sydney Australia, where she lived for a year, studied Mysore style, reconnected to the ocean, and deep-self love. Simultaneously, she began doing the Artist Way, teaching herself guitar and writing music. She began to pursue her dream of music. In 2011, she received a scholarship to Kirpalu Yoga School in The Berkshire’s, MA and completed her 200-hr training. Her training is in Hatha, Anusara, Lotus Flow, Yin and Kundalini.

Her classes are artfully mapped to uplift and inspire you to freedom, peace, joy and love. They are heart centered, spacious, intuitive, and energetic, working with movement, sound, and breath work (pranayama). Her work is in Hatha, Lotus Flow, Yin and Kundalini Lineages.

She has completed two albums, La Mer and Moon Dream. Both are on Bandcamp, link above. She continues to work deeply with the art of music, dance and healing. She is currently soul deep in her Kundalini practice and studies at The Kundalini Center in SF.

She would like to acknowledge her Kundalini teacher Awtar. As she continues to show her compassion, and the pathways into the heart. There is cosmic and infinite love here, it resides in everything.
