Lauren is known for her thoughtful and creative sequencing of yoga poses, her calm presence creates a supportive space where students of all levels can enjoy a yoga practice.
Lauren’s deepest desire is to share the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga with her students. She encourages deep compassion - for self and others - through one’s yoga practice. Lauren has been teaching since 2006 and completed trainings at Yoga Tree in San Francisco, as well as with master teachers Ana Forrest and Mark Stephens.
