Dia De Los Muertos Yoga & Altar Making
Join Zoë for a Dia De los Muertos inspired Lotus Flow Vinyasa and Dance with the Dead on your mystical mat! Then head out on our procession to the festival of Altars and Ritual Circle produced by the Marigold Project at Potrero Del Sol Park, located at 25th Street and San Bruno Avenue. Let’s come together and honor our ancestors by remembering their gifts and making offerings of marigolds and their favorite things.

Love for Lotusland Fundraiser Class: Lotus Slow Flow with Live Music and Yoga Nidra with Sound Bath
Join us for the first in a series of fundraising events supporting the Love for Lotusland campaign and the opening build-out of our beloved studio's expansion!
A deeply soul-nourishing Lotus Slow Flow practice to awaken creativity, devotion and generosity of spirit, set to live music from the dynamic duo Niko on guitar and Chris on pan drum. Our trademark Lotus Flow slowed way down: a long, gentle flowing warm-up, creative standing sequences, heart-opening backbends, a luxurious supine cool down and forward bends leading toward a blissful savasana.
Class closes with a long-form sound bath and Yoga Nidra to support deep rest and the manifestation of abundance for you and for our sanctuary in the city. Antique Himalayan singing bowls imbued with healing mantras create vibrational harmonics that engage the relaxation reflex, for a deep sense of well-being, meditation and relaxation.
Every donation helps co-create Lotusland's new home and wellness center. All levels welcome — invite a friend!

Diwali Celebration: Community Yoga & Dance, Restorative Movement & Meditation
Celebrate Diwali through an uplifting journey of light, movement and renewal. Begin by lighting a symbolic diya and setting an intention for the new beginnings you wish to welcome. Journey inward through meditation, breathwork and gentle yoga before discovering the joy of movement through a Ganesha-inspired semi-classical Indian dance sequence. Close with restorative movement and meditation, carrying the light of the experience into everyday life.

Harvest Kirtan & Food Drive
Please join us for a community celebration honoring the spirit of gratitude by giving thanks and praise through sacred song, offering food donations to the SF Food Bank and enjoying vegan chai and treats together in our Lotusland sanctuary.
Our beloved enCHANTRESS, Astrud Castillo will be visiting and sharing her exquisite voice along with her band of talented mystic musician Saheb on Tabla and ALL the proceeds will benefit our Love for Lotusland Fundraiser to co-create our expansion down the block!
They share kirtan, a call and response of sacred sounds and mantras. It is the relationship to these mantras that illuminates our heart and awakens our consciousness. It is not important that you can sing or that you understand the words. Kirtan is an experience. It is a practice to release you out of the thinking mind and drop you gently into the heart. MAN means mind and TRA is instrument. So it is through these sacred sounds we are able to conduct the instrument of the mind. Together we create this sacred union with healing intentions for the whole of the world.
