Katja Pineda is a 500 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and is also certified in Trauma Informed Teaching, Prenatal Yoga,  Yoga Anatomy, Yoga Medicine and Functional Anatomy for Yoga, Movement, Performace and Pain Specialists 

Her teachings are thoughtfully crafted to address chronic issues like tight hips or back pain, while also considering broader aspects such as stress and nervous system responses.
