Our signature class is based on the art of Vinyasa Krama and beautifully blends mindful & creative sequencing with the rhythm of the breath and includes alignment awareness, music, mantra, meditation and mudra. Moving from our roots to crown, class progresses through warm ups, Surya Namaskar and standing poses that build towards arm balances and inversions and move into backbends and forward bends, culminating in peaceful meditation and sacred rest. Each class is set to soulful music and guided by Yoga’s rich traditions and philosophy.
***We encourage new students to start with Vinyasa Basics, Basic Flow or All Levels Hatha - next try Lotus Flow (all levels) and for those looking to increase the intensity of their practice with more advanced asana variations, level 2/3

Enjoy the fundamentals of yoga, moving at a slower pace. Thisclass pays extra attention to alignment through longer held postures, conscious breathing, prop use and personal attention. Perfect for our newest yogis or anyone desiring a slower-paced class to build strength, develop balance, increase flexibility and calm the mind.
M-Th 5:30pm
The best after work workout to clear the mind and wring out the body. This high-tempo hour long class gets you moving right away and leads you through invigorating postures to build a detoxifying sweat.
Wed / Fri 4pm
In this class you will build strength and flexibility, by utilizing the Principles of Alignment, coupled with a gentle flow - bring your sense of humor, playfulness and curiosity. This is a heart centered class, conjoining mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Tues 7pm / Sat 9am
This open level vinyasa class taught in the Jivamukti style will open with Sanskrit chanting, move through challenging physical sequences inspired by a rhythmic playlist, and finish with meditation and deep relaxation.
Mon / Wed 9am
A dynamic vinyasa flow that beautifully blends mindful & creative sequencing with the rhythm of the breath and more focus on engaging your core muscles and sparking the internal fire.
Tues / Thurs 7am
Start your day and rise and shine with a moving meditation vinyasa practice based on surya namaskar or sun salutations, to warm up the body, open the heart and wake up but quiet the mind through breathing practices and meditation. All levels welcome to move at your own pace
Fri 12pm
In this heart-centered yoga class, cultivate a sense of unity, compassion, and healing. Suitable for all levels, this class will be trauma-informed, offering a safe space for participants to connect with their bodies, minds, and breath. You will practice both gentle stretching and strengthening asana with the support of props and variations.
Fri 9am
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and transformation. Each class combines physical exercises (asanas), breath (pranayama), meditation, sound (mantras), and deep relaxation to create a complete mind, body, and spirit experience.

Get cozy and nested to rest together in community. Rest is a pathway to tap back into the well of innovation, creativity, and humanity that lies within each of us. Expect some gentle movement, restorative yoga, silence, some readings, and some soft tunes.
Sat 4:30pm
Start with a dynamic Kundalini meditation, using breathwork and gentle movements to prepare your body for deeper relaxation. Then, experience a soothing Reiki-infused Shavasana, promoting profound relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance.

Taught by volunteer teachers this class is donation based (recommended donation of $5 - 15) and proceeds go to our Loves Saves the Day program, which sponsors a different charity or non-profit each month. Suitable for all levels.
